Welch H3+ digital Holter recorder

The H3+ is a very small three channel ambulatory ECG recorder that records 24 or 48 hours of continuous ECG for later analysis on the HScribe Holter system. It is used in cardiology departments and clinics to investigate suspected arrhythmias, assess pacemaker patients and report heart rate variability. It runs on a single AAA cell, weighs about 28 g and does no analysis itself.

Not covered: No FDA recall names the H3+ (the only Welch Allyn Holter recall found covers the H12+), and the MAUDE brand search for H3+ returns other manufacturers' products, so no reliable failure counts exist; some message table entries are symbols that do not reproduce as text.
