Yes. Medical City only costs $39 a month, $89 a quarter or $249 a year, or $599 once (or 3 payments of $209). The one-time licence plays forever on your version with 12 months of updates, then the Update Pass at $99 a year.

Windows and Mac. Install the desktop application, log in with your BMEssentia account and the licence verifies itself. It keeps working offline for 7 days after the last check.
