Siemens Biograph Vision PET/CT
Biograph Vision is a combined PET and multi-slice CT scanner used for whole-body oncology, neurology and cardiology imaging, with the CT also giving attenuation correction and anatomical reference. It was the Siemens step from photomultiplier tubes to silicon photomultipliers (SiPMs) coupled to small 3.2 mm LSO crystals. That change underpins its fast time-of-flight timing and high spatial resolution.
