KARL STORZ C-MAC Video Laryngoscope

C-MAC is a modular video laryngoscope system: reusable Macintosh, Miller and hyperangulated D-BLADE blades with a CMOS camera and LEDs near the tip plug into a C-MAC monitor or pocket monitor. Because the standard blades are shaped like conventional Macintosh blades, it can be used for direct and video laryngoscopy and for teaching. Reprocessing of the reusable blades is a large part of its upkeep.

Not covered: This is the thinnest note in the batch. KARL STORZ IFUs are on its IFU portal and copies on a third party site refused access, so there are no monitor specs, error messages, reprocessing cycle limits or battery data. D-BLADE figures come from a clinical trial protocol, not KARL STORZ. No FDA 510(k) summary was found. A reviewer may prefer to replace this model with one that has a public manual.
