Thinklabs One Digital Stethoscope

The Thinklabs One is a chestpiece sized electronic stethoscope that amplifies heart, lung and other body sounds and offers five selectable frequency filters. The user listens through headphones on a standard 3.5 mm jack rather than through tubing. It runs on an internal rechargeable lithium ion button cell, has push buttons around its rim and an LED display for volume, filter and battery level.

Where this note comes from.

Not covered: No 510(k) for the Thinklabs One itself was found; the only Thinklabs record is a 2003 statement for an older model, so the One's US regulatory basis is not confirmed. openFDA has no Thinklabs recall or MAUDE records. Gain figures and size were not in the manual and reseller claims were not used.
