HEINE DELTA 30 dermatoscope
The HEINE DELTA 30 is a handheld, battery powered dermatoscope for examining pigmented and other skin lesions in dermatology clinics and primary care. It gives a 10 times magnified image and switches between polarised light, which needs no contact fluid, and non polarised light used with immersion oil. It can be used in contact with an autoclavable scaled contact plate or without contact using an optional working ring, and a smartphone adapter allows image documentation.

Not covered: No FDA 510(k), MAUDE reports or recalls were found for the DELTA 30, and HEINE publishes no error codes or service manual, so failing parts are inferred only from IFU warnings. Field of view (often quoted by retailers as 30 mm through a 32 mm lens) was not confirmed on a HEINE page and is left out. Accessory part numbers in the IFU table could not be matched reliably to their items and are left out.
